All case studies are developed through a combination of:

  • Direct client/customer interviews
  • Independent research
  • Original analysis, structure, and storytelling

How AI Is Used

I may use AI-powered tools in a limited, editorial capacity to support my creative process. Specifically, AI may be used for:

  • Brainstorming headline or subheadline ideas
  • Transcribing interviews
  • Exploring alternative phrasing or transitions
  • Editing support (clarity, flow, and readability checks)
  • Creating abridged versions of my original product
  • Generating ideas during early-stage outlining or ideation (for white papers only)

How AI Is Not Used

AI is never used to:

  • Generate full case studies or long-form client deliverables
  • Replace interviews, research, or original writing
  • Fabricate quotes, results, or customer experiences
  • Produce content that is published without human review and revision

Note: If you share proprietary, confidential information with me, I NEVER use that with AI tools without your approval.

Every final deliverable is written, shaped, and approved by me, ensuring accuracy, originality, and alignment with the client’s brand voice and goals.
